[ns] NS2 crashes on BS node increase

All,

My apologies; I've fixed the issue, as I was running ns-2 based on a
tutorial that didn't use Cygwin within Windows (simply used fromdos for
conversion).

I installed the allinone package with Cygwin instead, and there's no problem
with 50 nodes. Just thought I'd let you know, should anyone else ever search
for this problem in the future. :)

I should have known that the quicker installation option from a site other
than the proper ns one would cause issues, really. Ah, well.
