[ns] problem on install ns-allinone-2.1b5 in Redhat 9

Hi,

Due to code compatability. i want to install ns-allinone-2.1b5 in Redhat
9. but when i enter ./install, it report some error,

i have installed ns-allinone-2.27, there is no problem. Would anyone
please tell me what is wrong with it? do i miss something. Thanks a lots.
