[ns] Tora problem - IP dst is unicast, not encapsulating

Hi,
I have a new agent with a new packet type. When I simulate it on wireless
network using TORA routing protocol, and sending packets from one node to
another (using the new agent), the destination node was unable to receive
the packets. I kept receiving "IP dst is unicast - not encapsulating" error.
Other routing protocols (i.e. DSDV, DSR, AODV) worked fine. Can anyone help
me with this problem? Thanks.
