[ns] where is the implementation of Explicit Congestion Notification at TCP?

Dear all,

I try to use Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) mechanism at TCP in my
simulation. But where is the implementation: tcp.cc or tcp-full.cc? And
how to set ecn_ flag at tcp (transport layer), say when I get the
congestion information from Mac layer?
