[ns] Fairness in wired-cum wireless scenario

The fragmentation is due to UDP max packet size, which is 1000 bytes by default. Read NS manual on how to change it. For the fairness, you need to run the simulation for quite long, say 10,000 to 100,000 successfully transmitted packet in order to see any fairness (also all the nodes should be within the range of each other).
