[ns] How to establish a 2-state markov error model and to read the current state variable.

Hi all, 
I'm an undergrad student working on establishing a tcp-variant for
wireless, and am currently simulating it in ns-2.26. I need to establish
the channel as a two state markov model (errormodel) .. can someone please
help me out as to what the tcl script for the same would look like? and
also, my tcp needs to be channel state aware,so can soemone also tell me
how to read the current state variable state_ in tcp?
