[ns] MNS versions and ns

Dear Christopher,

there are two versions: MNS 1.0 and MNS 2.0. As far as I know the former
is included in ns while the latter can be included as a contributed code.
you can find MNS 2.0 at

You'll also find links for a short manual.  MNS 2.0 works only on ns-2.1b6,ns-2.1b8a
and ns-2.1b9a. look at
