[ns] Re: Hi, pls help me with 3 small questions in NS ver 2.27

Hi,
   I'm a new user to NS 2.27 and I read all the NS-DOC but I didn't find out the answer for my questions. So could you answer for me 3 easy questions below?
 
1. How can I set a queue-size to unlimited packet?
The command "$ns queue-limit <$node> <$node> <number_of_packet>" doesn't support because it sets a specific size for the queue ( in packet unit )
 
2. I want to add a new algorithm to the queue in NS, I have the *.cc and *.tcl files. But I don't know how to make the *.o ( object ) files? 
In other words, how could I use the *.cc file to make the *.o file in order to run with NS?
 
3. How can I draw by XGraph a graph of two axes : Bandwidth and Queue size ( in packet unit )? The examples in NS-DOC are only Bandwidth-Time graph, so I didn't know how to turn the "Time" axis to "Queue size" axis.
