[ns] About cbrgen.tcl

Hi karthik:

Thanks a lot.
But my understanding is that "rng uniform" control the starting time of a 
connection, as the following lines says:
        set stime [$rng uniform 0.0 180.0]
        puts "#\n# $src connecting to $dst at time $stime\n#"
Does it also control the "stop time" of a connection? For example, if I want 
all the connection stop at 200 seconds. What should I do?
