[ns] missing Setdest executable

Hi.

type "make" . (make is not a file ; its a command) in the setdest
directory. if the make gives an INFINITY error or CPP_NAMESPACE error,

add -DCPP_NAMESPACE to the DEFINE in "Makefile" and try again.

this is a known bug. search online.
