[ns] tclcl installation problem

Hello,
i want to install ns-2 on suse9.1 linux.
i have got tcl8.4.5 and and tk 8.4.5 installed.
it further requires tclcl and otcl . i have downloaded the available 
source from net but confronted this error while compiling.

mylogin :~/tclcl-1.15> make
make: *** No rule to make target `../lib/tcl8.4/http/http.tcl', needed by `embedded-tcl.cc'.  Stop.
mylogin :~/tclcl-1.15>

please reply what is the procedure to remove above error.
