[ns] Any Discussion On Implementing Multi-channel is Welcome

Hi, all:

I'm working on an extension to 802.11. What should we do if we want to
have multiple data channels to support parallel transmissions/or add an
out-of-band busy tones? 

I searched the mailing list but got insufficient answers to this kind of
questions.

What's in my mind is to have several different frequencies in Physical
layer(freq_ in wireless-phy.cc/.h), and using PacketStamp::stamp() to
embed transmission frequency information onto the txinfo_ of the
transmitted pkt. When sending packet, the sender must give the frequency
information before sending thru the channel. Is this practical?

Please share your ideas if you have done the same kind of work.
