[ns] Back to Gcc 3.2

Hi,

I want to install the ns2.1b9a under cygwin. I need the gcc 3.2. 
But currently I am currently using ns 2.27 and the gcc is 3.3.1.
I checked the cygwin mirror and I can't find the version of 
gcc 3.2. What could I do? I appreciate your suggestion.
