[ns] strength signal in a received packet

You can access the PacketStamp class and get the received power..
how to do it can be inferred if u look the code of funtion

int WirelessPhy::sendUP (Packet *)

in the file 'wireless-phy.cc' available  under ns-**/mac/ directory.
