[ns] question about relative constrain in JOBS

 Dear all,
   I found all the examples about the JOBS use integer when
 define the relative constrains. e.g. init-rdcs 4 4 4 1. so the higher
 class always have lower priority in terms of delay. I wondered if I can
 use decimal to define the relative constrains such as init-rdcs 0.5 0.5
 0.5 1. any information are appreciated. thanks a lot.
