[ns] Problem Trace with Shadowing Model

I try to simulate scenarios with shadowing model and I obtain strange results. 
When I analyse a simulation's trace file there are many packets dropped that 
are not counted by simulator.
I took look at trace file and I notate that the packet dropped at a 
23.275499466 (-Ii 52) it's correctly receive at 23.280540544. How is this 
possible? Is it correct?
