[ns] RTT and link parameters in NS

Hello,

Could anyone please tell me the relationship between the RTT (Round Trip Time) and the parameters bandwith and link delay of a link in NS? For example, if I measure a RTT of 30 ms using a Ping in a real network. How can I set the parameters bandwidth and delay for a link between two nodes in NS?
