[ns] Problem with ad hoc routing algorithm ZRP

I am simulating ZRP routing algorithm on NS-21b9.
Everything is OK but simulations halts after several seconds and in
the terminal is written: "memory violation".
I have 512MB RAM and at about 10GB HDD free space.
So I can use simulation results only from 2nd to 22th second. It can
be too short time to see any routing performance.
Only thing I have noticed is: the bigger simulation traffic and
number of nodes the shorter simulation time is.
Time of simulation also depends of node positions. I lost much time to
place nodes in such positions to have at least 22 second simulation
time. When I give different co-ordinates to node number 7 the
simulation lasts only 2 seconds.
Everything is ok when number of nodes and traffic is small.
Maybe someone simulated ZRP and still has his .tcl scripts. If yes
plese send me ones to compare my with yours and see the problem.

What can be the problem?
