[ns] ns priority data packet

Hi all   

    i want to change the structure of the ip packet by adding the priority in prio field which is not used up to now (as i know)
  i want that the udp packets will be the prioritairy than the tcp packet .
    please someone can give what to change and how ,it would be very greatfull.
  if it is possible to get me any patch in this context it will be very helpfull, cause i m new user of ns .
