[ns] For help!!

Dear sir :


i did try running an example from with in the ns-allinone-2.27/ns-2.27/ 
directory.
i change my directory to ns-allinone-2.27/ns-2.27 then i type ns simple.tcl
then the errror message like this : bash error ,bad command!
then i settting environment according to the tutorial: find bashrc file and 
add export command to it.
i find two bashrc file in my machine ,one is in /etc  the other is in 
/usr/share/doc/bash-2.05b/startup-files/bashrc then i setting environment 
in both of them.
then it seems the same error .why i cannot work?
anthot question: how i add example in ns-alline-2.27 to my work directory?
when i run another times:the error message like this: cann't read file 
"simple.tcl " :no such file or directory!
               see your help!
