[ns] UMTS-TDD and UMTS-FDD modules

Hello everyboby,

we would like to give you a pointer to our modules for the simulation of
UMTS TDD and UMTS FDD systems for ns-2.1b9a. On the web page
http://net.infocom.uniroma1.it/reti_files/reti_downloads.htm you can find
the source code together with the instalation instruction, an user manual
and two example scripts. The manual is not complete, but it gives you an
idea of what the modules can do.
