[ns] validity of routing protocol comparison

Hi all. I am comparing some routing protcols and was
hoping someone can confirm if what i am doing is
correct.

I keep only the router trace ON and others level
traces off. 

I use tracegraph on my files which simulate for 100
nodes,500 sec simulation time and over 50 connections.

Has tracegraph proved reliable for such large files( I
see a message that 1000 lines have been
processes.whats that?)?

Plz let me know if i am doing somethign wrong above
which could give me incorrect results.
