[ns] agent communication

Hi all,

I need to be able to a call a function in the mac
layer from the udp agent (and vice versa). How should
I do that? 
Both agents are in the same node.

I tried getting a pointer to the mac_ object (by using
"set macPtr [$node set mac_(0)] " in the tcl script).
But after I passed this value to the c++ domain, it
has a null value. Is there someting wrong?

Is there any other way to solve this issue?
