[ns] mns 2.0 installation on ns 2.1b8a

Dear Rianto Pratikno,

Did you re-install ns following my procedure? 
it makes no difference if you use the light or the full version of mns_v2.0

for ns-2.1b8a since they are the same. There is only a slightly difference
between the two tar.gz files: one has also the trace files included in:

/home/xxxx/ns-allinone-2.1b8a/ns-21b8a/tcl/ex/mns_v2.0/  .

The distro shouldn't have any impact on compiling while kernel and gcc might
make the difference.  I can tall you what I'm using: kernel 2.4.20 and gcc
2.95.4.

Moreover I've simulated all tests and they work fine! No error messages!
Yes, there is a working module for MPLS in ns. It should be the original
mns_v1.0. 
you don't need to install it. mns_v1.0 is already present in ns-2.18ba.
