[ns] Correction to calcdest.cc

Hi all,

It's really annoying that the calcdest program under
ns-2.xx/indep-utils/cmu-scen-gen/setdest/ doesn't work well
when you want to generate routing information from a manually
editted scenario file, as was described by MICHAEL HAGGARD. See:

I made little changes to correct this problem.
