[ns] Error while setting RXThresh_ &CSThresh_

NS actually does not use randomized errors. You will deterministically see either (i) all packets are getting through, or (ii) no packets are getting through. Since you changed the threshold, you are seeing (ii). In other words, because you changed the threshold values, the "ranges" are now different and
your nodes are no longer within the hearing range of each other.

You can quite easily introduce random errors, but you need to modify the code for doing that (quite simple modifications).
