I am trying to build a simulation that utilizes active network and Pathload
and Pathrate. (The bandwidth estimation tools) I was wondering is anyone has
simulated these in NS2 and if so some info on how I might do so.  
Oh, and for anyone interested I am updating swarm code so it can run on
ns-2.27.
