[ns] problems in NS -QoSMIC

hai frens....
i am doing my dessertation in the area of QoS-aware multicast routing , for that i am trying to execute QoSMIC protocol , it is compiled properly, then i executed a tcl file which is in that package only, but when i did it i am getting errors like:
