[ns] EURANE Problem

Hi Ali,

Could you possibly indicate which one of the test scripts it was you 
were running?
(Was it one of the ones from the website? or the one in the User-Guide? 
Because
I don't think any of those were called test-2.tcl.

Or even better, e-mail it to me and I will take a look.  Without the 
actual script, I couldnt
make a quick attempt at debugging it.
