[ns] Ns installation

Hello Guys,

I am trying to build my ns from tcl8.0  ,tk8.0,otcl-1.0a4, tclcl-1.0b8
version. When i am trying to make ns in the last , it gives me following
error.

Can anybody please give me a solution for above problem. I appreciate your
