[ns] How to import the received packet power (Rxpr) to file?

Hello,
 
I am doing wireless fading model simulation under NS2.
 
To plot the graph for power level, the Rxpr in Packet-stamp.h has to be
exported to a file.
 
So how to achieve this in tcl code? (since Packet-stamp.h is in C++)
