[ns] cluster-client setup How to change assign and change node colors?

Hello all

I have a implemented a new routing protocol which arranges the nodes into 
cluster head and its clients. I am wondering how to assign node colors from 
the routing protocol once the cluster heads and clients are decided? I want 
to use two colors one for cluster head and other for clients. Any hints 
would be appreciated.

I am using ns2.27
