[ns] trouble installing ns-2.27

Hi

I am trying to build ns-2.27 (all in one) on cygwin 1.3.12 for win 2000 using the instructions in http://www.sims.berkeley.edu/~christin/ns-cygwin.shtml . During installation I am getting the following error messages:

I do not know how to correct this and continue. Can anyone help me out?
