[ns] Contributed Code: Enhanced UMTS End-to-End Network Simulator

Dear All,

With this mail I would like to submit the following contributed code for 
ns-2, developed
by the Twente Institute for Wireless and Mobile Communications B.V. 
(WMC) for Ericsson
Telecommunicatie B.V.

Enhanced UMTS Radio Access Network Extensions (EURANE) for ns-2

- 3 additional nodes: RNC, BS and UE
- Unacknowledged Mode (UM) and Acknowledged Mode (AM) RLC
- Round Robin and Maximum C/I scheduling
- Iub Flow control
- HARQ with Chase Combining
- Support for FACH, RACH, DCH and HS-DSCH
- Physical Layer Modelling via input trace file (tracefile creation tool 
(in Matlab) available soon)

The C++/OTcl code (tested under ns-2.26) is available as a patch file 
from the following site:

http://ti-wmc.nl/eurane

Also available at the site is the User Guide, test scripts and example 
input trace files.

We hope this contributed code proves useful and welcome any feedback, 
enhancements, bug-reports etc.
