[ns] implement new multicast protocols for MANETs

Hi everyone,

My thesis' topic is the energy behaviour of some primitive tasks (unicast,
broadcast, multinode broadcast etc.) in wireless mobile ad hoc networks.

I'm planning to evaluate some of the recently introduced protocols
in the literature, dealing with these in ns.

Being a newbie in ns, could anyone point out which steps should I take in
order to implement a new multicast protocol in these networks ?
