[ns] [bug] 2.1b9 doesn't compile "out of the box" on FreeBSD 4.5

Hello
    I have had been receiving the same error when tying 
to compile ns under FreeBSD 4.5 (error message posted below).
 I did get ns-2.1b9 to compile under 4.4, I have posted the binary
 files, they appear to work in 4.5, I have included the config.log

It was compiled with the following packages installed:
nam-1.0a9
otcl-1.0a7tcl-8.2.3_2       
tcl-8.2.3_2
tcl-8.3.4_4
