[ns] help - debugging ns

Hi,

I am working on implementation of various traffic
engineering algorithm using ns. I wanted to understand
how the current MPLS module is being implmented and
how the control passes while executing a tcl code. 

I would appriciate if anyone could tell me how to go
about it after reading the ns manual on nd debugging i
found that it can be done via gdb. Can anyone please
tell me how to use gdb to debug tcl, any pointers is
really appriciated
