[ns] How to send a wireless broadcast?

Hi,

Sorry if I appear to be asking such a naive question,
but when a base station is sending a broadcast packet
from its wireless interface to mobile nodes, what
should target_ be set to and how does one go about
getting target_?

I have been trying to figure this out for the past
couple of days but haven't made any head way.
