[ns] Different TCP-Packetsizes

Erwin,

In the lines about the dropped packets. The term "CBK"
is the reason for dropping.

The file cmu-trace.h has the meanings of all the
reasons for dropping packets.

I consulted the file and it says that "CBK" implies a
MAC Callback. I don't know what this means but I hope
that it is enough to get you started in the right
direction.
