[ns] nam: invalid command name "tcl_findLibrary"

Just installed the ns 2.1b8a on win2k, everything compiled, tried an =
example, trace file is generated. But I couldn't start NAM, with the =
following error message
nam: invalid command name "tcl_findLibrary"
And windows popup error window
The instruction at "0x0026c2c1" referenced memory at "0x0000000c". The =
memeory could not be "read".
I believe the question has been asked before. but thank you in advance =
for reply.
