[ns] FAQ stuff: how to install the snapshot

The snapshot isnt the whole thing. It is just the ns-2 source code. So you
need to have the versions of tcl tk tclcl otcl. Assume you have these in
$NS/tcl $NS/tk etc ($NS = root of the ns related files) .... and the
source is in $NS/ns-2, you can go to the $NS/ns-2 and say

make distclean

./configure --with-tcl=$NS/tcl --with-tk=$NS/tk --with-otcl=$NS/otcl \ 
--with-tclcl=$NS/tclcl

make ns
