[ns] To the list administrator list problems..

HI...
I realized that it takes more than 3 hours and some times 6 hours  or more 
for the new message to appear in the list....
is there any way to eliminate this unecessary dely...

The other thing is that when replying , the message will be addressed to the 
sender and not to the list...  that is why we have questions here more than 
answers ....
