Hi,
I am trying to do some experiements on the RAP
protocol and I am running into some problems.
It seems that there is no such thing as an RAPSink in
the latest NS implemenation. On the webpage below,
there is an rapsink.cc file. However, on the latest
NS-2 release, it is missing. So my questions are:
Does an RAP source necessary have to map to a
RAP sink?
Is the latest implementation of rap on NS-2
working and correct? (A few files seem to be
missing.) I also checked on the CVS server, those
files are not there also.
Basically, when I try to run the NS scripts at
http://netweb.usc.edu/reza/RAP/NewRAP/ I get the
following error:
[gavin@gavinlinux gerla]$ ./runall
Single RAP Flow
invalid command name "Agent/RAPSink"
while executing
"Agent/RAPSink create _o62 "
invoked from within
"catch "$className create $o $args" msg"
(procedure "new" line 3)
invoked from within
"new Agent/RAPSink"
(procedure "CreateRAPAgents" line 24)
invoked from within
"CreateRAPAgents $BaseFlowId"
(file "rap.tcl" line 498)
grep: rap.2.log: No such file or directory
graph/single/rate.0.20: No such file or directory.
Thanks for your help,
--Gavin
