[ns] variable is changed,why

hi,all
    I define a proc in ns-mpls-node.tcl and in the proc a variable(the type is
double ) is passed to classifer-addr-mpls.cc .But I find the varialbe is
changed in classifier-addr-mpls.cc. The part of decimal fraction is converted
to 0. 
    For example :19.989208 -> 19.000000   why?
    Would you help me ?
