[ns] Qos (Diffserv - Intserv) in NS

Hi Everybody,

I will work with QoS in the NS and i would like to know if the diffserv
module provides other features, besides Preferencial Dropping, like
bandwidth, handoff, connectivity.
Or if anybody knows another module that works with these features above, i
would appreciate if someone tell me where can i find it.
