[ns] DSCP value is from 10 ? Can i define DSCP as 0 or 1

Accually, you can specify any integer which is less than the MAXQUEUE.One DSCP value is correspondent to one physical queue.

Hi ns expert,

I am pretty new in ns2. I found all tcl script in Nortel DiffServ model
defined DSCP value equal or large than 10. I'd like to know can i define
DSCP value as 0 or 1.
