[ns] using a modified ns-lib.tcl

Can you provide the diff file for the modified makefile?
Then other people can understand what you done.
Basically, you should modify the make file as follows:
$(TCLSH) bin/tcl-expand.tcl /where/you/put/ns-lib.tcl
$(NS_TCL_LIB_STL) | $(TCL2C) et_ns_lib > $@
And modify all source-commands in your ns-lib.tcl:
