[ns] mobile IP multicasting

HI.

I am doing some mobile ip simulation,
and I would like to make the HA/FA send packets to both the MH and 
the neighbor FA/HA. And coz the mcast can not be supported with wireless circumstance,
I am wondering how to modify the base station to implement it?

Somebody can tell me which file I need to modify in order that the
BS can multicast the packets to both the mobile host and the neighbor BS?
