[ns] Drop-tail queue principle?

Hi, there,
   I have a question on drop-tail queue.
   Does the bandwidth affect the qlim_? 
I set the bandwidth of link to 1.5Mb and 50Mb. But the
"qlim_" is the same value "50". I am suprised. In my
understanding, the bandwidth should be related with
queue length. The more the bandwidth, the more the
queue length. 
   Anything wrong with my understanding?
