[ns] Can we set the sending rate of FTP traffic source?

Hi,

Can we set the sending rate of the FTP traffic source?
It seems that the FTP object doesn't have the sending rate parameter
in ns-2 document. I want a greedy traffic source which can control its
sending rate. Is there any traffic source that can do this ?
